Mr. Emile N. Cormier, age 89, of Memramcook-Est, NB, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Tuesday December 15, 1998.
Born in Memramcook-Est, NB, he was the son of the late Napoléon Cormier and the late Lucie Breau. He was a retired carpenter and attended Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Osithe (LeBlanc) Cormier, three daughters, Juliette (Léandre) Breau, Moncton, Bernice (Donald) Gautreau, Memramcook-Est, Jeannette (Charles) Brun, Memramcook-Lake; two sons, Paul-Emile (Olive) Cormier, Moncton, Alonzo (Claudette) Cormier, Memramook-Est; one half-sister, Marie (Francis) Belliveau, Memramcook-Est; one brother, Eric (late Daisy) Cormier, Belliveau-Village; one half-brother, Camille Gaudet, Memramcook-Est; 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers Albert and Henri, and sister Rita.
Remains resting at Dupuis Funeral Home with the Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook-East on Thursday December 17, 1998. Father Daniel Deveau officiating. Interment in the parish cemetery.
